When building a data set, consider checking the box for Include Related Form Data if you are changing the output to something other than One Row per Request. This allows data from related forms for a request to appear in a report that might not otherwise show that data.
To explain why this is helpful, consider the example of running a report for approved requests, with the output set to One Row per Form. Each request will show a row of data for each form (i.e. application, approval, and any follow ups). Rows of data for forms other than the approval form would not show data for the amount awarded (unless that question was shared to the form). By checking Include Related Form Data, the amount awarded can then appear for each row of data, regardless of if that question exists on the form. You could then filter your report to only show application form rows, for example, and you would still see the amount awarded data.
