When Eligibility Quizzes are in use, the applicant experience is slightly varied but still very similar to the application process when an Eligibility Quiz is not in use.

Eligibility Quizzes automatically appear at the top of the APPLY page. To take an Eligibility Quiz the applicant clicks Start Eligibility Quiz and completes the form. At the bottom of the form, the Applicant has 2 options:

  1. Save Eligibility
  2. Submit Eligibility

If Save is selected the Applicant lands on a confirmation page. From here if continue is selected, the applicant returns to the Apply page where they can click Continue Eligibility Quiz to continue working. The draft of the Eligibility Quiz is also on the Applicant’s Dashboard and they can continue working on it by clicking Edit Eligibility Quiz.

Once all required fields are complete the applicant clicks Submit. Just like any other form, once submitted the applicant no longer edit their responses but can view the form containing their responses on their dashboard.

Upon submission the applicant is taken to a confirmation page.

  • Any processes the applicant is eligible to apply for will be listed on the confirmation page.
  • If the applicant is not eligible to apply a message stating the applicant is not eligible will be reflected.

Upon clicking continue the Applicant is taken to the Apply page where processes the applicant is eligible to apply to will be listed. The applicant can begin a request by clicking apply next to the applicable process.

If you’d like the Applicant to be able to bypass the Eligibility Quiz you may give them the access code to the process for which they should not have to take the quiz.

From the eligibility center you may also reopen an eligibility quiz. In this situation the applicant would see the option the Start Eligibility Quiz, just as if they were taking the quiz for the first time.
